Art Club @Friction_Arts

When: Saturday 10th November, 10:00-13:00
Where: The Edge, 79-81 Cheapside, Digbeth

Friction Arts, supporters of Digbeth Residents Association, will begin a series of free regular art workshops for children this Saturday.

Intended as an ongoing project, the workshops will cover a wide range of art from painting to performance, sculpture to sound and video.

Art Club will be led by artist Nita Newman, assisted by Holly O’Meara, and is aimed at young people with a passion for the arts. Sessions will break over Christmas, and start again in January.

Suitable for children aged 12 and up, or younger if they’re committed and mature (call Friction to check). Children under 16 must be brought to and taken from the sessions by an adult. More information is available from Friction by email or phone: 0121 772 6160.
