Big Fish Little Fish

When: Sunday 17 April, 14:00-16:30
Where: The Rainbow Warehouse, 29 Lower Trinity Street, Digbeth, B9 4AG

If, like me, you were a lover of Kevin and Perry in the 90s, you’ll be acutely aware of the dance move called big fish little fish (cardboard box).

An ingenious group of people have taken this name, and appropriated it for rave events for all the family to enjoy. Big fishes (parents) and little ones will be taking over The Rainbow in April to party at a jungle-and-safari-themed rave:

Legends 2 Bad Mice will DJ on the multi-sensory dancefloor with glitter cannons, bubbles and a giant parachute dance. There will also be craft tables available, along with a play area with tunnels, and a baby-safe space with mats and soft-play ball pool. Free transfers and glowsticks will be handed out and sound levels will be monitored to be safe for even the smallest ears. Read more here.

But tickets sold out before we could even tell you about it! That said, due to phenomenal demand, another event has already been planned for 12 June with an even better theme (in my opinion) of Superheroes in Space.

For more information, and to bag yourself some tickets now, check out the event page here, or follow @BFLFevents on Twitter to learn more about future events.
