Calling all heroes!

When: Saturday, 8th June 2013
Where: Custard Factory, Gibb Street, Digbeth

What’s high up, bright yellow and full of daredevils? The Acorns Custard Factory abseil!

Acorns are looking for thrill seekers wanting to challenge themselves at their brand new 100ft abseil in the Custard Factory. Will you face your fears, find your inner hero and help raise funds for local life limited and life threatened children and their families across the West Midlands?

By joining the Acorns abseil you pledge to be a hero and raise £75 for Acorns Children’s Hospice, while taking in the spectacular skyline of the city from one of Birmingham’s most iconic venues, the original Bird’s Custard Factory.

Be a hero and sign up now online now! For more information, see the poster below, email events@acorns.org.uk or call 0844 984 0405.

Acorns supports around 640 life limited and life threatened children and nearly 900 families, including those who have been bereaved, across the heart of England. Most of their funding comes from public donations. They hope to raise enough money to fund a full day of care for ten children in one of Acorns hospices from this event.
