City of Colours 2016

When: Saturday 18th June, 11:00-20:00
Where: venues all over Digbeth

City of Colours, one of the UK’s biggest free celebrations of graffiti, street art, and urban culture, returns to Digbeth for its second outing on Saturday 18th June. Get the date in your diaries now!

The festival will feature over 120 artists from around the world, painting, drawing and exhibiting their work on as many walls and canvases as they can find. Great art should always be accompanied by great music, so City of Colours will have ten music stages featuring a diverse range of DJs and bands to provide the soundtrack to the day.

Spread across 15 venues with a large range of exciting performances and participatory activities, the festival will cater for the whole family. Dead Pixels will be on hand with retro gaming, listen to some beat boxing, learn how to breakdance, or watch a film on the big screen!

There will also be a huge market hall featuring affordable art from local artisans, along with tasty street food courtesy of Digbeth Dining Club.
