		<description>This isn&#039;t a consultation in any meaningful sense of the word. It starts from the presumption that they&#039;re being introduced whatever we say and merely enquires into the type and number of wheelie bins we want.

There was no mention of wheelie bins in the manifesto before the local council elections, so this measure is totally undemocratic, and the supposed consultation a farce.</description>
