  • Jasmine Gardosi

  • Ben Jackson
Ben is a Sheffield-based poet, actor and purveyor of rare raggatek. He has performed nationwide at UniSlam, as well as various incendiary and questionable situations. He is the writer of the long-awaited Plight of Arnold, a novel of unknown length and content that he hopes to be banned in the US.
  • Aliyah Hasinah
Aliyah is a poet who combines rhythmical language with cutting social commentary, to tell stories that are both unheard and worth hearing. The creator of Herstory LIVE, a cross-genre event that celebrates the cultural diversity of Birmingham, she recently wowed audiences as a solo performer at Howl.
  • ‘Crazy Old’ Sean Colletti
Sean has taken the Birmingham poetry scene by storm since returning from his native California to study a writing PhD at the University of Birmingham. His headline sets at Howl and Hit the Ode have left audiences in tears that are both happy and sad – a testament to the humorous and heart-rending narratives which Sean so eloquently crafts.
