Thank you for those who attended the Washwood Heath to Curzon Street community forum on Wednesday 13 June 2012. Please find attached the following information:

The draft note of the meeting – comments are welcome from those who attended the meeting.

The draft project timeline which was presented at the meeting.

For those who did not attend the forum last week, we will be in contact over the next couple of weeks about dates for the next community forum, to give you advance notice of the timing. We also received some feedback at the forum meeting that HS2 Ltd should seek an alternative, more accessible venue for the forum, rather than using the Birmingham City Council offices at Lancaster Circus. We are grateful for these comments and will take this on board for the next forum meeting to chose a more accessible community venue for the forum.
