NHW Crime Briefing – Friday 4th January

Digbeth Residents Association and Neighbourhood Watch (NHW) is committed to working with West Midlands Police (WMP) to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour in Digbeth. WMP send daily crime updates to the Digbeth Residents Association NHW, which are being summarised weekly and shared with residents. The National Fraud Investigation Bureau has warned that “fraudulent letters from the Euro Millions Lottery are being received by residents worldwide. The letter requests personal details e.g. bank account number, so that monies won can be deposited. Anyone who receives such a letter should contact Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040.”

THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE – 2nd JANUARY 2013 at approx 08:30 Fazeley Street, Digbeth
Between 08:30-17:30, offender(s) have stolen front and rear number plates from vehicle.
