The White Swan: Then and Now

The White Swan on Bradford Street is a firm favourite pub with the real ale crowd.

Its fantastic tiled interior has been beautifully preserved for decades, but that’s not the only thing that has lingered: the pub has been in the same family for generations too.

The Creatons have owned the pub since 1969, but the family has scattered around the world since then. On a recent family reunion, they recreated an old photograph from 26 years ago, celebrating the continued success of the pub.
