Volunteering Opportunities with MSFAC

Based at Unit 1 at The Edge, MSFAC (the Margaret Street Free Arts Council) have established themselves as valued contributors to the creative communities in Digbeth over the past two years.

Just last week, MSFAC ran a one-off printmaking workshop with Polish Expats Association (also based in Digbeth) for 15-19 year olds. We’ve included some images below of this great example of collaborative working below, but you can read more at the PEA Media Collective blog.

If you are interested in gaining experience in running a not-for-profit arts organisation, MSFAC are now looking for enthusiastic and motivated volunteers to get involved in projects! They are offering opportunities to gain experience and skills in areas such as:

  • Events management
  • Administration
  • Exhibition installation
  • Analogue printing and production
  • Teaching, and much more!

You will of course be treated as a valued member of the team, and MSFAC can reimburse reasonable expenses.

If you would like to learn more, please email artpunks@aol.com explaining how and why you would like to get involved.
