Warwick Bar Summer Fete 2013

When: Saturday 27th July, 12:00-18:00
Where: Warwick Bar, Digbeth, B5

Join the Warwick Bar Summer Fete later this month – a moveable feast of art, culture and food.

Experience Digbeth’s canalside afresh with street food, guided walks, visual art and performance, aerial theatre, music, family friendly workshops, and a pedal powered cinema.

Visit an exhibition celebrating the revolutionary nature of David Bowie; ponder the past and future of Digbeth as a site for the genesis of Birmingham; take part in surrealist games, be amazed by aerial acrobatics; critique consumption; attend publication launches; cycle power a cinema in the banana warehouse; and browse food and craft stalls.

Plus, don’t miss your chance to address the burning question of our age: if Digbeth were a pie, what would it taste like?

With contributions from Vivid Projects, Edible Eastside, Still Walking, They Are Here, Grand Union, Ikon’s Slow Boat, Companis, Stryx, MSFAC, RoguePlay Theatre, Harris Moore, WEMAKE6, Digbeth Dining Club, VINYL and many more.
