Warwick Bar Summer Fete 2016
When: Saturday 23 July, 12:00-19:00
Where: Warwick Bar, Fazeley Street, Digbeth, B5 5RS
Warwick Bar and urban festival stalwarts Seasonal Markets are working together for the annual Warwick Bar Summer Fete taking place on 23 July!
This is a free family-friendly event of films, art installations, open studios, activity workshops, a craft market, live music, street food and of course crafty cocktails and drinks! Phew.
The jam-packed afternoon is sure to keep you busy in the sunshine (please sun, it’s July in case you hadn’t noticed!), featuring amongst other things:
- Street food from award-winners Buddha Belly, The Indian Rasoi, The Bournville Waffle Company, Pietanic, and Smoqued.
- Off the Scale will be selling an amazing selection of vintage clothes and accessories by the kilo. Off the Scale is a social enterprise raising awareness of the stigmas surrounding depression.
- Grand Union’s studio artists will be opening their doors to the public, offering a rare opportunity to see behind the scenes. Speak to the artists about their new work, and there will be the chance to buy books, records and prints.
- Edible Eastside will open their doors for the last time at The Warwick Bar Summer Fete. They will be selling-off plants, tools, fridges, polytunnels, compost and even their pizza oven! As usual, beer and pizza (assuming they don’t sell the oven) will be on sale too. Come and say goodbye.
