Whisky Birmingham, the city’s first ever large-scale whisky festival, will take place on Saturday 2nd March at The Bond in the heart of Digbeth.
Hosted by The Birmingham Whisky Club, the festival will bring major distilleries and local companies together in the city for the first time to showcase their ranges. Festival-goers will have the opportunity to sample around one hundred whiskies from around the world.
Birmingham’s vibrant food and drink scene will be highlighted with masterclasses from local cheesemongers Capeling and Co, who will host a whisky and cheese matching session, while the Soul Food Project are providing the event catering with their signature mouth-watering Deep South inspired cuisine.
Living Room Whisky will host a Bloggers’ Choice lounge area, where they will showcase their favourite whiskies and update guests with live festival tweets and commentary.
